PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Clinton Regional Planning Commission will Meet Monday, April 8, 2024, at 6:00 PM (immediately following Board of Zoning Appeals) at Clinton City Hall for the purpose of hearing the following request:
Proposed Amendment to modify Subdivision Regulations Article IV General Requirements and Minimum Standards of Design Section 16.d to delete in entirety and insert new Article IV General Requirements and Minimum Standards of Design. Section 16.d adding the requirement as follows: The first 60 feet of the private access road connecting to a public street must be a hard durable surface with either concrete, asphalt, pavers, or other approved method upon a compacted subgrade with a crown. The remainder of the private access road shall at a minimum be a gravel or shale surface not less than four (4) inches deep compacted and crowned with a minimal road width of 12 feet.
