1. Driving impaired is not just illegal 🚫, it can be deadly. If you see someone about to drive after using drugs, stop them, take their keys, and call them a safe, sober ride home. If you feel different, you drive different. Drive high, get a DUI.

PUBLIC SCAM ALERT! The Clinton Police Department has been made aware of a male identifying themselves as Sergeant Anthony Davis. This caller states he is with the Clinton Police Department and needs the person to contact him back. The caller is leaving a phone number ending in 1274. The Clinton Police Department wants to be clear, there is no employee with the City of Clinton with that name. The Clinton Police Department does not have an officer with that name or rank. It is unknown who this male is or what his intentions are. We urge citizens to be cautious when called by unknown person(s) advising they are law enforcement. If in doubt, tell the caller that you will call the department public service line and confirm that they are indeed an officer. If they are a real officer, they will understand that request. If you’re reading this “Sergeant Anthony Davis”, check that voicemail. We left a message with a phone number. We’d love to chat with ya!
